COVID-19 Update

Dear DAFKO Community,

We’re back!  We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health.

We wanted to share some good news.

WE ARE OFFICIALLY RE-OPENING on Saturday, June 13.

Our priority is to ensure your safety, and that of our staff. We will be following all the latest guidelines from the ADA and CDC.

Prior to entering, our staff will provide a screening of all patients and ask that only parents with young children or special concerns enter the office.

We ask that you text us at 516-625-3806 when you arrive so that we can let you know when we are ready for you.
